A deep massage, especially beneficial for both amateur and professional athletes. Focus on specific muscle groups helps flush out lactic acid and alleviate stiffness. A good ‘ironing out’ improves blood flow and aids recovery before and after your training and prepares you for the next event.
Indian Head Massage
This is an extremely relaxing therapy and includes head, neck and shoulders.
Lighter than the sports massage, this is holistic massage using blends of pure plant essential oils, promoting physical and psychological well-being.
Hot Stone Massage
Massage incorporating hot basalt stones. The heat of the stones aids muscles relaxation and detoxes the body.
Pressure on specific reflex points on the feet which helps to unblock the meridians, allowing energy to flow freely.
Light and medium pressure is applied to the positive, negative and neutral wiring in the body, increasing the flow of energy, dispersing tension and creating well-being.
Address emotional and physical challenges by balancing the energy in the body through this very gentle Tibetan healing method. Feel relaxed and revitalized. Reiki can also be performed long-distance in the comfort of your own home.
Old patterns, both physical and emotional, which no longer serve us, are released on a cellular level through the introduction of a high frequency of natural energy to the body i.e. no electronic machines are used. This treatment can also be performed long-distance.
